HRMS – For aged cares in Australia
HR Management Software in Australia which is mainly used for Aged care systems. Admin will create the employee with Personal details, Award details and Employment info etc. The payment to the employees will be based on the award rate. A roster (Work Schedule) for employees will be created and employees are assigned by the admin. The Employee attendance will be marked in the Access Manager (SQL database) and the data will be imported to App DB(MySQL). Based on the roster and work sheet, the employees’ total hours will be calculated and corresponding payment will be released based on the award rate. All the HR functionalities will be included in it along with the leave and allowance part etc.
